The Freedman Center's clinicians are trained in various techniques to help couples, both heterosexual and same-sex, identify the specific stressors that challenge their connection and process them without judgment or consequence. Our strategies help improve communication, heal wounds and set new priorities within the relationship.
We believe that couples seeking counseling possess an inherent desire to try to make things work. We highlight that with the couples we work with, and utilize that as a guiding principle in our work together.
