George R. Marzen, Jr., LMSW


George R. Marzen Jr., LMSW has dedicated many years of his career to the mental health field as a Mental Health Counselor, Entitlements Specialist and Case Manager.  His 15 years as a Suicide Prevention/Crisis Intervention Counselor, further expands his experience as he continues to provide counseling, training and community education lectures that target adolescent suicide prevention. George has a passion for working with all adolescents especially the homeless and at risk youth. His experience and knowledge expands to those exploring and questioning their sexual orientation and gender expression.

George’s practice comprises an eclectic approach to psychotherapy.  He received his Master’s degree in Social Work from the School of Social Welfare at Stony Brook University after completing his Bachelors in Community and Human Service at Empire State College. He is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW).
