Jennifer L. Wood, LMSW, provides clinical social work services to families and individuals coping with issues of trauma, abuse, grief, bereavement, loss, depression, anxiety, chronic and terminal illness including HIV/AIDS.  Her work is with individuals, couples, families, and groups.

Jennifer is fluent in both English and Spanish.  She has provided therapy to members of the Latino community, and members of the LGBT communities.  Jennifer strives to practice in a manner that is respectful, culturally competent and embraces diversity.

Jennifer is currently a doctoral student at Stony Brook University’s School of Social Welfare. She received her Bachelor’s degree in psychology from St. Joseph’s College and graduated with her Master’s degree in Social Work from SUNY at Stony Brook.
